Online songbooks
Publish your karaoke library and assign the right songbook to each venue.
Venue QR codes
Give each venue its own reusable link and printable QR code.
Phone requests
Singers search, choose a track, enter their details and send the request to the correct venue.
Presenter control
Requests arrive for review. The presenter still decides what enters the live queue.

Pay securely on Stripe using your email address.

Use the one-use code emailed to you. A second PC receives its own code.

Set up venues
Create venues, publish songbooks and choose which songbook each venue uses.

Open requests
Open immediately or schedule a venue. Requests can arrive even while KaraPlayer is not running.
Useful answers
Does karaoke playback stop if my subscription ends?
No. Desktop playback, your local library and offline show functions remain available. Only KaraPlayer Online features are disabled.
Can more than one venue accept requests?
Yes. Your entitled venues can be open independently. KaraPlayer retrieves requests for the venue currently selected in the app.
Does KaraPlayer store my card details?
No. Stripe hosts checkout and recurring-subscription management.
