How it works for organisers
The organiser sells horses, collects names, arranges helpers and prizes, then we run the entertainment side on the night.
Before the night
Use the customer area documents to prepare programmes, horses, owners, prizes and a float.
During the night
We run the race presentation and tote system while your helpers deal with ticket selling and money handling.
After the races
Disco and/or karaoke can be added for £60, subject to availability.
